Join us this Sunday as we continue our Grand Tour through the Bible. Over the last 11 weeks we have be looking at different parts of the biblical narrative, exploring its different stages and consider how this whole story is ultimately all about and all for the glory of Jesus.
This week we are considering the unity of the church. What does it mean to be called as one body rooted in Jesus and formed by the Holy Spirit? Can there ever be unity within the church? Join us this Sunday as we explore more on our Grand Tour!

Easy Fundraising for the Church Hall
Thank you to those of you who are already supporting our cause by registering at this link and using it every time you buy goods online:
http://easyfundraising.org.uk/causes/stbudeauxhall and using this link when you search the internet: http://stbudeauxhall.easysearch.org.uk/
It really works!! In the 6 years since we registered with Easyfundraising, the 26 of us who have registered have already raised £614.65. Think how much this could be if all church family (who have the internet) registered and so did their friends and family!! If you install ‘Donation Reminder’ on your toolbar the cause gets 50p and you will never forget to click onto it when you search the internet with the intent to buy something. If you install ‘Easysearch’ on your search bar, you will already be logged in and just click onto it whenever you are searching the web. Every time you do, we get 0.5p. It does all mount up - £20 a year at 10 searches a day! It is easier to set up than it sounds! Please give it a try, especially as you start thinking about buying online for Christmas! Many thanks, Liz Webb (Secretary and Fundraiser, Hall Development Committee).
Small groups are a fantastic way of finding close friendships, growing as disciples of Jesus and supporting one another as we all embark on our faith journeys. If you aren’t in a home group at the moment then we would love to invite you to give it a go! We have a number of groups that run at various different locations across the St Budeaux area. If you would like to join a small group or would like more information on when and where these groups meet or if you would like to run or host your own small group why not speak to our Small Group Champion, Sara-Jayne, or our curate, Adam!
Our free will offering (that’s the amount of money the church family gives to support the ministry & mission of the church here in St Budeaux) for October 2018 was an amazing £3,769. A huge THANK YOU to everyone who gives so generously to support our work here as we seek to reach out to our community with the love of Jesus. For more info on why we encourage generous giving or to find out about the various different way to give, then please visit www.st-budeauxchurch.co.uk/finance or why not use one of the new giving envelopes that you should be able to find on your seat!
